One of the basic features of the present is that we have never lived "in one world" as we do today. As a result, we face problems that can no longer be solved at local level, only in the territory of one state. One of the key issues we face on all continents is the crisis of trust in modern constitutionalism and its principles as well as guarantees. This problem manifests itself in a number of often very diverse phenomena: from issues of the classic elements of the division of power, including the tension between the legislature and the judiciary, to the system of human rights protection, both at national and international level. The conference seeks to capture and discuss these individual phenomena, which pose challenges to modern constitutionalism. Topics may include but are not limited to:
